All small items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Guelph, ON. You can expect to receive these items in 5-7 business days from the day your order was placed. A UPS tracking # will be sent to your email once your order has shipped!
Rugs, rug pads, furniture & lighting are all shipped directly from their specific manufacturer. If your item is in stock you can typically expect to receive it in 3-4 weeks from the order date. If the item that you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours and provided with an estimated ship date. To check if your item is in stock, please call us at 226-962-9044 prior to purchasing.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of in stock Loloi rugs & rug samples as your rug ships directly from Loloi. Once your rug enters into Canada, you will receive a FedEx tracking #. No duties will be charged to Canadian or US customers. If there are additional items in your order, they will ship separately.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of in stock furniture as our furniture ships directly from the manufacturer. Once your item has shipped, you will be notified and given an approximately delivery date. No duties will be charged to Canadian or US customers on furniture orders. All furniture deliveries are curb side deliveries. White glove delivery is available upon request at an additional charge. Please reach out to us for pricing that is based on your shipping location.
For large & heavy furniture items, we highly suggest white glove delivery or another form of additional assistance to get the item into your home safely.

POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS:
Some of our suppliers are experiencing lower than normal stock levels & shipping delays due to COVID-19. We will notify you of any expected delays within 48 hours of your purchase, and will do our best to update you throughout the fulfillment process. If you decide you don't want to wait for the out of stock item, we are able to provide a full refund back to the original payment method. Alternatively, we can suggest a similar item for replacement or provide a store credit.
LOCAL GUELPH PICKUP
We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. This is typically within 48 hours. You can come into the store to pick up your order, or you can call 226-962-9044 and we will bring it out to your vehicle!
We have international shipping rates set up for all countries. The shipping rate for your order is calculated at the last step of checkout. Note that we are not able to ship large furniture items internationally.
International orders are final sale. Returns for store credit are offered to customers within Canada & US.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) to obtain return information. We offer store credit on all products excluding furniture, lighting & sale products.
Returns for store credit are offered to customers within Canada & US.
A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card once we receive your returned product(s). Your store credit never expires, and can be used on any future purchase(s).
We will happily accept returns of unused items in the same condition in which they were shipped. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item(s). We are not able to provide return labels unless the item is damaged or defective.
Rug samples do not have a deadline for return - they can be returned for store credit at any time. This credit can also be applied to a rug purchase or toward any other purchase.

PRODUCT DISCREPANCIES / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. Please include photos of the damage or defect. We will send you a return label to have the product sent back to us. We can issue a full refund for the product or we can send out a replacement to you.
We cannot provide return labels or full refunds for products that appear different in person compared to our website photos. All of our products are shot by our photographer in natural light and we do our very best to represent colours accurately. Under different light conditions, products can look slightly different. There can also be slight colour variations between the same products that are inherent in the manufacturing of small batch & handmade items.
If you do not wish to keep the product due to a variation, you can return the product to us, and we will issue a store credit once we receive it.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. A refund will be provided back to the original payment method with no questions asked.
